I have teammates and colleagues who help me on multiple opportunities. When I put them on these opportunities as contacts, all emails are recorded in the history log. I'm looking for a work around to direct each email to the unique opportunity it belongs to. Any suggestions?

I could choose between ... (1) add them as contacts ... (2) or add them to the list of Users that can work with me in this opportunity - may be that change... does not bring me problems in the history of this business opportunity

Do not forget to backup your database frequently and place a copy of that ZIP file on a USB drive or external disk for more security...
