Hello Fellow Users:
We use ACT 2008 Premium for Workgroups.
Our company uses a laserfiche database to store documents and letters. We frequently need to reference these documents and letters so we are currently saving them in two places: ACT and Laserfiche. Is there any way to link our ACT contacts to the letters and documents in Laser Fische. This would allow us to save them in only one location rather than performing the redundant operation of saving them in two places as we do now.
Our sales person gave us the impression this was possible but we have yet to figure out how to perform this function.
Also the number of letters and documents now store in ACT results in a long backup time period.

LaserFiche's website does indicate it will link with ACT!. I know Sage doesn't develop or provide support the link between the two products.
