I am a long time user of ACT but need some advice on the best way to Link Activities with Opportunities.
We have six users on our system.
Everyone can arrange sales appointments (activities) in the Calendar view for our sales staff.
Once the salesperson visits the client & prepares a quote, we then create a new Opportunity for that quote.
We then attach the quote under documents in the opportunity.
I'm trying to figure out the easiest and best way to go about Linking the two actions.

Would anyone have a Report file that would work with this information?
Date Visit, Purpose, Date of Opp, Opp #, Quote Am't - Open/Closed
Or the best Act report template form to edit to achieve this.
