Agreed! I am the admin for the software used by my company as well as outside companies. We initially paid for support all around to include technical support and everytime we contact them we are disconnected or never recieve a call back.

Save Link As... then select your desktop. After Act is closed, double-click on the icon on the Desktop and it will open the utility.
Do not change the name of the file.
