We have a number of custom templates in Act! that pull info from various fields. When using the installed Windows version of Act!, any line spaces / breaks in the text boxes came over into the Word document. Now that we're on the web version, it just lumps all of the text from each box into one big paragraph (in other words, it ignores any spacing / line breaks in the text boxes).
