ACT 2010 HF4, is there a setting to make the default limted access setting when creating duplicate contacts? When I create duplicate it does not add the team I want to the contact, I have to manually do it.

I don't remember if they ended up calling this working as designed or a "bug" , but ACT works this way.
YOu need to hit the save tool before creating notes/history etc on a record after duplicating it.
