We converted from ACT! 6 to ACT! 2009 Premium. I am having problem limiting access. Access is given to users who I did not select and will not overwrite and I cannot remove. What can I do?

Can you be more specific please. If you write 'Access is given to users who I did not select', what do you exactly mean?
Do you have users in your userlist that you did not specifiy to be there?
And the 'remove' part. Is is that you tried to remove a user? If so, what is the exact error message you're getting?

I think I figured out what to do. We have 7 outside salesmen who will be logging in to ACT! on a terminal server. I am going to change the record manager for each sales group to the corresponding salesman and this should fix my problem. Thanks for your reply.
