I have groups defined with list of contacts to receive literature sent monthly. Each group is populated by salesmen with contacts to receive material in their respective territories. I would like to know if there is a way to proctect/limit entry to the group once the mailer has been sent. I've had an instance where users have entered additional contacts after labels have been printed.
If someone can tell me how to, if possible, limit entry to the group but still let all users be able to view group, I would appreciate it.

Not a function in ACT!
Restricted users can't edit groups, but this would be for all Groups
If absolutely important, it would be possible via a custom add-on to check when a contact is added to a Group that you've set a flag for and then remove from group and popup and notice to the user.

Unfortunatly not without having a custom add-on written...
You might post a request for this feature to be considered for a future version here -
