I cannot find any information about "Library Document" in ACT!2011 Help or the Knowlwdgebase.
It appears that when I converted my ACT!2010 database to ACT!2011, ANY and ALL files that were in the Documents tab were added to the History tab.
It also appears that when a new file is attached to the Documents tab it is added to the History tab.
Not at all sure of the benefit of this and DO NOT like it. If I wanted a file attached to the History tab I'd do it myself.
Is there any way of getting rid of this new and undocumented feature!

The behavior you are experiencing (history item created when document added to Documents tab) is functioning as designed. As an FYI - the attachment is only added to the database once. It is referenced in both places but only 1 copy will exist in your Attachments folder.
