Letter Date not appearing after Import

We recently had to export all of our database information and import into a new database.  Although all the export/import fields were matched up and the histories pertaining to letters sent appear in the new database, the "Letter Date" field (which was populated when the letter sent history was created in the old database) is not populated in the new database.

 

Is there a reason why the Letter Date information that should be in this field is not appearing in the new database?

Hello Kaylie,
I have reproduced this issue and have submitted it to our development team. This issue affects the system fields that are set to update when a certain history type is recorded: Letter Date, Last Attempt, Last Reach, Last Meeting, and Last E-Mail. This affects both the import and export functions.

Same issue for me. Although the systems fields seemed to have stopped updating altogether....?
