Hello, we're using ACT! Premium 2011 Version 126.96.36.199, Hot Fix 6. I am trying to make changes to a layout that we have in ACT but when I try to save it, I get the error message..."Error saving layout: Acess to path....is denied. I'm an administrator so I should have rights to make changes. Any insight to this problem would be helpful. Thanks in adavance.

This error comes up for several reasons. The basic part of the error message is correct, you do not have permission to write this file. This can be permissions on the server's share, or simply Admin permissions being slightly modified by the Operating system.
If you're running on Windows Vista or higher, try closing Act!, right clicking on the Act! Icon, and clicking 'Run as Administrator'. Click yes or continue to any prompts you have, and try to save the layout again.
If you still get this message, then the only thing that it could be is permissions on that folder. You will need to modify the security on that folder to allow full access by Everyone before you can save that template.
