The last call and last meeting system field is updated based on a history/activity you manually input, but the Last Email system field is only updated if you use ACT email or SwiftPage? Is that how everyone understands it to be?
We do not use the ACT email due to our network configuration, so there is no way for my last email system field to ever update??
