Kicking users out of ACT-Please help!

Kicking users out of ACT-Please help!

This is the error message we have received: "The Sage ACT! Premium server you are accessing has reached the maximum number of connections allowed. Please try again later after some users have logged off or contact your system administrator to add more user counts to the system."

 

It also kicked off two people that are logged under different user names.  This has never happened before and we have multiple licenses.  

 

Can anyone please help us with this?

Hello Novus,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! User Community. The first thing you will want to check is look in the Manage Users screen in the main database and ensure the number of Active users does not exceed the license count.

Thanks.  We just had to add the other serial numbers to register.
