This is the error message we have received: "The Sage ACT! Premium server you are accessing has reached the maximum number of connections allowed. Please try again later after some users have logged off or contact your system administrator to add more user counts to the system."
It also kicked off two people that are logged under different user names. This has never happened before and we have multiple licenses.
Can anyone please help us with this?
