Keep getting logged off - HELP

We purchased the online version and all of us keep getting logged off through out the day. I have plenty of RAM and hard drive so that is not the issue. The person that runs the server says that he set it for 5 hours before logging off but it still logs us off and gives us an error of "problem with server".  Is this definitely a problem with the server since the guy set it to 5 hours or is it some kind of hidden bug in ACT that he doesn't know is there. It is really annoying.

If all users are experiencing logoffs, take a look within ACT on the server for the correct settings plus within ASP.net on the server for another timeotu setting.  Not realy a bug, but can be tricky to get right.
