Javascript error

[ Edited ]

I'm unable to use ACT! for web on my iPad or Android phone,Chrome browser. When i get to the sign-in screen, I'm seeing the Javascript needs to be enabled message (message text below). Javascript is enabled on both devices' browsers.  I am able to sign in on my desktop and laptop (both Windows 10 with Chrome)

Fixes?  Using ACT Premium (web) version  v.20.1 -

Also: ACT! Companion works on both.

Error:

Before you log on, you must change your mobile device's browser settings and enable Javascript. The option's locations and wording may vary depending on your browser version.

Re: Javascript error

What happens is that the route that I previously sent is for a machine that is 32 Bit

It may be that the right path is...

C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web\IIRF.dll

Re: Javascript error

Hello, on the Act! WEB server do the following...

Open IIS (internet information services)

Click the Act for web site and double click ISAPI Filters

(Click on default web site - double click on ISAPI Filters)

A1.png

...

Enter the filter name as IIRF and Executable as c:\program files\act\act for web\IIRF.dll

...

Restart IIS and test Act! Mobile

....

...If this answered your question, please click on ACCEPT AS SOLUTION - Best regards and Good luck

DO NOT FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR DATABASE DAILY - and place a copy of that ZIP file in a USB memory or external disk for more security in case your computer or server's hard drive is damaged

Re: Javascript error

It's the same, just that I'm trying to be more explicit

Re: Javascript error

I got to the "Add ISAPI Filter" and enter as you instructed with Filter name IIRF and Executable: " c:\program files\act\act for web\IIRF.dll".  When I hit OK i get a message that says "The executable does not exist on the server"
