Act! Version 22.0.205.0, Update 2. Running on a shared database from a sever. Operating systems are Windows 7 & Windows 10.
Pasting emails/text from Outlook or other sources into notes causes text to change from default font & size we've set. Posting text into notepad prior has no effect.
Large amounts of white space is visible on notes as well.

Do ACT! technicians even read these threads?

Yes I totally agree with you. I have been getting on their nerves with my relentlessly asking them to focus on quality instead of producing half baked features that hardly anybody wants/uses or even worse messing up features that used to work fine for a very long time.
