Just upgraded to a new laptop (Dell XPS, using win 8.1) and Act v17.3...and CANNOT GET the displays to work...have changed the font sizes from 100-500, and have had no luck...
Any suggestions or insights will help.

Jose, I'm a little confused by your comment that you've tried changing the font size. Did you try changing the font size for Windows to small fonts? If you look at the Act Contact Detail screen are you seeing the elipsis (three dots) at the end of the Company field? If not, that's a sign that you have to turn down the size of the Windows fonts.
