I have a user who cannot see contact detail items (Activity, Opportunities, History, Notes, Documents, etc.) when using IE 10.
Those details are available when viewing the page in Firefox.
Those details are available when the user is on a different computer using IE 10.
I logged on to Act! Using the admin account and had the same issue, could not see the details.
The issue is limited to that one system and IE 10.
IE 10 has been configured according to the guidelines in the Web Administrators Guide.
Can someone point me toward a solution? Thanks!

Whenever I run into this problem I completely reset IE10:
Go to the Tools>Internet Options
On the Advanced tab, click Restore Advanced Settings, and then Reset...
After that is done, make sure the compatibility mode is set, and the website is in the trusted list.
