Hi there...I'm a new user to this Cloud based ACT. The timing out is seriously annoying. I read your fix but it's greek to me. I am not even close to a techie and a one woman shop in this department. Is there a "Fix for Dummies" that I can do to keep my cloud based ACT logged in? Thank you.
