I am using Act Premium v18.2 and I don't see anywhere to upgrade without switching to cloud based with subscription. I own 3 licenses and would like to know if there is any desktop version upgrade available and if it is still being supported. If i have to switch to a cloud-based service, I may try a different CRM

If you have subscription serial key, you can download Act latest version from https://www.act.com/download/download-act!-premium-v21
and upgrade you version.

Would you mind telling me to which CRM you move to? I am looking at open source CRM's. The cost of monthly subscription does not make sense to our firm. i need 6 licenses.
