Is there a way to locate contacts that do NOT have a scheduled activity?

Does anyone know of a way (inside act! or with an addon) to locate contacts that do NOT have a scheduled activity?

Roy - As I understand this function, it locates records that were "Changed" or "Not Changed".  I don't see how this would locate "contacts without a scheduled activity". Am I missing something?

You'd need to test but it finds contacts without history so I would expect it to find contact without an activity scheduled. Both are subordinate tables. The real unknown question would be would it look at the date the activity was created or the date it was scheduled for. If it's the latter it could be a problem. Still worth a try.

Impact Suite v5 has an feature to lookup/find all contacts NOT attached to entities such as; activities, opportunities, groups, companies and yes, custom tables.

1) Go to the list view

2) Select the desired rows ( or CTRL+A to select all rows)

3) Right-click to open the popup menu

4) Select LOOKUP -> LOOKUP NOT-ATTACHED

You will be presented with a list of all the contacts not attached in the contact list view.

Hope this helps
