Is there a way to get Outlook/ACT to save histories for e-mails in more than one database? We have 4 but it seems to only save to one.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Unfortunately, there is not. The integration with Outlook can only use one database (address book) at a time. You can select the default database in the email setup, or when doing a a manual attach in Outlook, you can select the database. In addition, the integration is limited to 3 address books (databases).
