Update Pro v19 and get the error "The serial number used is valid, however it is not entitled to this version of act!. Would you like to launch he license wizard?" I registered and received the new serial number but Act! is keep giving the error above.
It seems to be in a loop. If you choose No the Act! will close. It will not even give a 30 days trial.
I had to revert back to Pro v19.0 to keep Act! running
How do we know if the serial number is for v19 and not for V21?
Who do I contact to check the new serial number?

Click Help in ACT and then select one of the Online Support options.

Finding the new wizard when upgrading from earlier version is very clunky and says that both the new licence has registered and then goes back to need to register.
Closing ACT and opening again show that it has registered and the nag screen goes away but should not be as clunky as this !
