I have a customer who has just moved from Act! Pro v16 to Act! Premium Cloud (20.1 -probably soon to be updated to v21). Obviously with desktop installed Act! you can purchase add-ons to generate record numbers, but with the introduction of Act! Connect, is it possible to create a Zap (possibly multiple zaps required) to generate an e.g. membership or account number on a contact or company record?
Contacts are added manually., usually from inbound calls
Not all new records created need a membership/account number, ideally this would be generated by e.g. ticking a Yes/No field on the record which would trigger zaps to then populate the membership/account number field,
Any help on this would be appreciated.

have you thought about premium plus and using custom tables? But it does come with an extra cost compared to premium. But the custom tables would be ideal for membership details
