And now with no synchronization this is a big deal!!!! When will this feature be added to the Cloud (aka SaaS) interface?

This is a pain and the only way I could get round this for a client is to set up a single remote user that syncs for the administration of ACT.
Field level security is another problem for cloud users as it cannot be changed and of course the remote option does not get over this one.

I thought the ACT! Cloud feature set was made comparable to the ACT! Windows feature set before ACT! began forcing everyone to the Cloud. Apparently this is one feature that was missed.
