Is ACT! down? I just tried to log in on Chrome, FireFox and IE. All just spin and spin and land back on the sign in page. No error message given.

Hi there Ksdc414,
Sometimes if you accidentally enter the wrong password or username too many times you can become temporarily locked out which can lead to Act! constantly saying 'Preparing Your Database' - this lock out only lasts 5 minutes or so, but trying to log in can extend it.
If you're still unable to log in after 10 minutes I can take a look at your account.

You might want to try clearing your browser cookies & cache - in chrome simply hit Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring up the Clear Browsing History window:
Choose Cached Images and Files as well as Cookies and Site Data, then hit clear.
I'd recommend restarting Chrome after this and trying again.
