Just got off the phone with product support, they told me that some of the issues I called about are resolved by setting compatability mode on IE8, but recommended I roll back to IE7.
I have to say, this is total BS, especially since you launched ACT 2010 with still no support for IE8, and Microsoft will now be pushing IE8 as a required update for Windows. Get your product up to snuff...
