Internet Explorer settings for ACT! by Sage 2009 for web

How Should be the best Internet Explorer settings for ACT! by Sage 2009 for web?

Tools -  Internet Options -  Security Tab - Trusted Sites  -  Custom Level - ???

Thank you

Real Case: Two days ago I installed ACT! by Sage Premium for Web 2009 in the office of a client, everything worked perfectly, only when the user enters a new note (Note Tab) to give clik on edit,  software will get to screen input (when using internet explorer to access the database) Internet Explorer tries to open the second screen to open the editor of the note but closes automatically and simultaneously removes the user to login. Why?
Thank you

It should be a trusted site and with any pop-up blockers (eg IE blocker, Google Toolbar or other security) diabled for the site.
