Prior to sending out a quote to our customers we first need to submit a "Request for Quote" which includes the specific details and required information to complete the quote. We currently use two methods; an email with the information; and an Excel form which is then emailed to sales. Is there a way to start the process in ACT! by creating and completing a customized form?
