I have a Windows XP computer of which I am installing Act Sage 2010 on. I bought a download of this from the Dell website and installed it on my other computers just fine however for some reason I cannot on this one particular computer. When I run the installer it comes back with a "Cannot Read Install.ini file" error. Any help/suggestions/ideas?

I am having this same issue installing Act! Premium 2010 v12 on a Win 2008 R2 server.
"Fail to read install.ini file."
I have copied the entire installation to a local directory will full admin access.
