I am about to install Act 2011 Premium on a 32bit WIdnows 2008 servera nd would really like to make the server a Domain Controller. It is the only windows server in a branch office. I know it is proably not best practice to install Act on a DC but is there any reason that makes it a problem? The users will be exclusively using the web to access Act.

While we don't recommend installing Act! on a Domain Controller, it can be done. Here is an article you will need to make it work: KB Article 25870
