When installing ACT! 2008 Premium EX, I get a message Z_Msg_GetProfStringFailed. I click OK and the installation ends. I have Windows XP SP 3. I received the build from my account rep. The build is 10.0.3. Does anyone know what the message means?

It looks like there may be something wrong with the install package you have. Please check your private messages, the yellow icon in the upper right corner if you're not familiar, for a new download link.

It is possible that you have the ACT 10.03 upgrade and not the whole ACT 10.03 Installation disk.
Check with supplying company of software.
