Trying to send hyperlink for web address in an ACT email. What is this hyperlink dialog box all about.
Typed the address into the emal, then went to Hyperlink Manager - Web dialog, typed address into the URL box, set for http (which it is)
When the hyperlink arrives, it doesn't work....any settings I'm missing?

for me, when I have seen this in the past, its a matter of what email program the recipient had...
my two cents,

That seems to be a good part of it.... if I forward to Outlook, the link opens a Dialog Box titled "Locate Link Browser" referencing My Documents and looking for an excecutable file.
If I roll over the link, it will say something like "Outbind://xx-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXclick here, where the xx-XXXXX is a really long series of numbers and letters. So it looks like address is getting changed coming into Outlook.
Sending to my Yahoo account, the link looks OK, but it doesn't work.
Just sent to my Gmail account......it's the only one to work...at least on this test........
Oh well, guess I'll just have to have the salepeople include the line "(if hyperlink doesn't work, cut and paste directly in browser)"
