Inport into a checkbox field

[ Edited ]
Act 2008 premium newest upgrade. Trying to import data by way of a merge and I can not get the data to update a checkbox field? I have tried using True/ False I also tried 1/ 0 and -1 / 0??? Doing this from a text delimited file.

Re: Inport into a checkbox field

I have not attempted this scenario, but a work around would be to map the "True" & "False" values to an unused User Field, and then create a look up for each after the import, and use the "Replace" field option to force the corresponding value into that checkbox field you wanted to .

It's an extra step, but an easy one.
