The client is running Act 2012 Premium with all the hot fixes. Recently they started getting the above error. I ran actdiag on the database, but it still comes up.
Has anyone seen this?

Did you try to change an existing field to place as YES/NO?
An existing field can't be changed to be a yes/no field, only newly created fields can be made yes/no fields
