I recently just started using ACT! Premium at my new place of employment. Haven't used it in about 5 yrs and have a couple of questions. We have no add-ons and probably not likely to get them for a while. All I want to do is manually log an inbound or outbound call so that it is in my history. I feel like I'm missing something. I'm used to a competitive product and I simply can't believe this is available. I know I can schedule a call, but that isn't what I want to do.
