One of my end users was having issues with having new outlook emails show up in Act. It turned out that the Outlook build was causing issues. I was able to roll it back. Act.outlook.service kept crashing, after restoring outlook. So I looked at the HistoryQueue folder and noticed about 8600 emails sitting in there. Upon clearing them out, Outlook and Act started to play nice together again.
o on to my question: Is there a way to have those 8600 emails imported into Act and appended to the history tab of the proper contact?

Assuming that all is now working and you still have the emails in Outlook -
In Outlook highlight around 50 of the emails you want in ACT and then click the "Quick Attach" icon.
Give the system time and then look to see if that have attached. If so repeat process. You could try a larger number next time, say 100, but at some point it will overwhelmed the system so do not get to ambitious. Will take time but it does mean they will all end up attached to ACT contact.
