Using ACT Premium 2013, ver 15.1.108, shared database, Win7 operating system and Office 2010. ACT. Act needs to be able to read special characters, i.e. negative numbers. I have a major import from our ERP system every month that does not work 100% because ACT cannot read the negative numbers and it does not matt the file format - Excel, Text Delimited, CSV comma delimited.
