Hi Juan Carlos,

I'm now quite sure what you're looking for here. Please could you explain what kind of information you are looking for, and what the purpose for it is?

Hi Juan Carlos,

I'm afraid I don't have any material like that above.
You can find customer testimonials on our website: https://www.act.com/customers/customer-testimonials

For more assistance on this, I would suggest contacting the partner team at Swiftpage.

Re: Implementation and topology of Act! Premium

Hi Juan

It very much depends on what you are trying to achieve as there are a number of permutations depending on your companies requirements.

Things to consider -

No of users

Office or field operatives or mixture of both.

For field operatives what connectivity do they need - Live via Internet or remote database via sync.

Do you need handheld device linking to database?

Geographic spread of users - single country or world wide.

Authority of users to see all or section of database and also any field change privilege restrictions.

Back to Gary,s comment - You may need help with setting this up.
