ISPA CPU usage

We have Act! Premium Version 20.1.120.0, Update 5 installed in a Citrix environment on Windows Server 2012R2.  I have notice that ISPA  is consistently using CPU is this normal?

They have 4 users and because each task is using a about 10 to 15% CPU it is causing high cpu usage overall.2018-05-24_15h54_18.png

Thanks

Re: ISPA CPU usage

Hi Damon, we're currently aware of this issue. The ISPA service is currently using abnormally high amounts of CPU time on Terminal Server environments - we plan to have a fix released in the next update.

The ISPA service is only required for users who actively sync their outlook/act data - so you can close any unneeded instances of the service as a temporary workaround to reduce server load.

Re: ISPA CPU usage

Thanks Jon

I might disable for now.  fortunately they only use the outlook integration.

Cheers

Re: ISPA CPU usage

Experiencing the same problem here and need the outlook integration.

When is the expected release for a fix to enable automatic email recording in outlook without the RDS CPU issue?

Re: ISPA CPU usage

We're hoping to have a resolution for this issue in the next release, which is due in the coming weeks - unfortunately I don't have any more specific information than that, sorry.

We also have clients experiencing this issue.  Any further information on the ETA of the update that will correct this?
