We have Act! Premium Version 188.8.131.52, Update 5 installed in a Citrix environment on Windows Server 2012R2. I have notice that ISPA is consistently using CPU is this normal?
They have 4 users and because each task is using a about 10 to 15% CPU it is causing high cpu usage overall.

We also have clients experiencing this issue. Any further information on the ETA of the update that will correct this?
