ISAPI FILTER

Yesterday I started a trial account of Act! Premium Cloud, but in mobile access I receive this error message
 
Possibly a ISAPI FILTER problem - IIRF.dll
 
Before you log on, you must change your mobile device’s browser settings and enable Javascript. The option’s locations and wording may vary depending on your browser version.

Juan,

Is the picture from Chrome desktop browser?  My Chrome on my phone does not have tabs like look like that?

Hi Juan,

 

Could you advise which mobile device and browser you experienced this with? I attempted to replicate it with iOS 11 on both Safari and Chrome but did not receive any error message or issues logging in.
