You'd get that from the logs of the APFW virtual folder in IIS
What you should add to any support post

Assuming there isn't any re-routing going on, from the server you can access the web site 'www.whatismyip.com'.

No, I think I explained wrong

I want to know if anyone from anywhere in the world comes to my ACT! for WEB (APFW Web Site)...

 

May I know the IP of that person ??  ... is just to get an idea of their location.
