IIS issue clean install v17.2 Server 2012R2
Hello,
We have installed ACT v17.2 on Windows Server 2012R2. This is a clean install of Windows and ACT running on Hyper-V 2012R2. We have this 3 times in a row with a same issue.
IIS is broken right after ACT is finished installin and we cannot configure a website due to the errors attached. Please help.
Also we have tried installin on Windows 2008R2 with v17.2 and the issue does not exist there. Then we have tried installin v17.0 on Server 2012R2 and the issue does not exist. So it is only v17.2 and 2012R2 that breaks IIS.

This error can occur when there are multiple versions of the .NET Framework on the computer that is running IIS, and IIS was installed after .NET Framework 4.0 or before the Service Model in Windows Communication Foundation was registered.
To register the correct version of ASP.NET On the Server open a command prompt as an administrator
1. At the command prompt, type the following command ... cd\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319
2. At the command prompt, type.... aspnet_regiis.exe -iru
3. At the command prompt, typ... iisreset
try again...
