We've been having this problem for over a year now.
One of the users on our team update our contacts' ID/status every now and then but some of them keep reverting back to the old ID/status. This happens every day and she keeps on changing it to the new one. I've called ACT a couple of months ago and the tech support representative suggested to run ACT! Diagnostics on all remote databases and perform database repair, reindex and rebuild and we've done that but it still didn't solve the problem.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
