I'm listed as an Administrator, yet I still can't make a user Inactive.

[ Edited ]

I am trying to change the status to inactive on some users, and the ability to edit this is greyed out.  I'm an adminstrator, yet I still can't do this.  I haven't seen anything about this in the forums.  Anybody have any ideas?  I need to do this ASAP, as our managment team wants access to ACT, but we still have old employees listed as Active Users.

Everyone else must be logged out of the database and you need to be using the copy of ACT! on the machine where the database is located.

Thanks Roy, I'll give that a try.
