I've contacted support countless times since the release of Act 21. Whatever the difference is between the Act 20.1 and 21 is causing Outlook to randomly lock up. Occasionally Outlook will recover but most of the time the task needs to be stopped. Our organization didn't upgraded from 20.1 to 21 for this reason and now we've been told that it needs to be upgraded before the end of the year for continued support. I just tried Act 22 and it has the exact same problem as 21.
Outlook 2016 (16.0.4954) 32-bit (Connected to Exchange)
Database(s) are on either SQL Express 2016 or SQL Server 2016 enterprise
Fresh windows build with MS Office 2016 - Issue present
I posted about this issue last year sometime (twice I think) and we didn't get a response.
If we must upgrade our 350 users by the end of the year and this problem is still present we won't have a choice but to move to an alternative.
