We've had Act! 2012 Premium for about a year now and I've tried on many occasions to sync with outlook and although the task looks like it will work, it always says that the sync failed.
I've tried renaming the sync folder, I've tried just syncing a few contacts at a time just to see if it was a problem with a contact, I've tried just the calendar items on their own... but still have had no success.
