I don't need this service as I rarely check the History tab plus not every email I receive needs to be auto-saved. I tried modifying the Email Set-up, Step 7 to None. Is this the correct modification? I have a relatively new laptop that has been very stable but I've noticed some lag, apps (Outlook, Word or ACT!) freezing / locking up and noticed this feature is a relatively new change to how I have been using Act! I'm curious if this feature is a memory hog or a potential cause of the freezing of apps.
