How to setup IIS on server

Do I need to setup IIS on server? I already put an IP in port forwarding on router. Then, how can I access?

you need to install IIS, you may want to follow this KB

i would also strongly recomend:

1. use a Router with a HTTPS Proxy (instead of simple Portforwarding) like i.e. Watchguard or simular, 

2. depending on the data you host, consider to have a own server in the DMZ, only hosting the IIS, and connecting to the database server (hosting the SQL) via the Firewall
